Mobile Research Nurse

As a Mobile Research Nurse at HomeNurse4U, you will be a crucial member of our team, dedicated to providing quality care in adherence to our established Policies and Procedures. Your role will involve visiting patients at their homes to conduct clinical trial assessments as per the study Protocol and ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform clinical trial assessments at patients" homes as outlined in the study Protocol. - Conduct assessments in accordance with ICH GCP guidelines and local regulations. - Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, ECG, temperature, and oximeter statistics during home care visits. - Monitor blood glucose levels. - Evaluate changes in medication and vital signs. - Administer Investigational Products to patients as per the study protocol. - Collect blood/biological samples according to the study protocol. - Process blood samples using a Centrifuge. - Dispose of Bio-Medical Waste responsibly by handing it over to the appropriate disposal agency. - Document study-related activities including Source Documents, QoL Questionnaires, and Patient Diaries. - Coordinate with the PI and Clinical Trial Site team for documentation/material handover. - Coordinate with the research team for sample shipment. - Ensure patient comfort during assessments. - Assist in scheduling patient visits, follow-ups, and protocol-required assessments. - Report any potential issues to the Nursing Project Coordinator and site team representative.
