Mobile Research Nurse

As a Mobile Research Nurse at HomeNurse4U, you will play a crucial role in conducting clinical trial assessments in patients" homes while adhering to established standards of nursing practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Visit patients" homes to perform clinical trial assessments as outlined in the clinical study Protocol. - Conduct all assessments and procedures following the ICH GCP guidelines and local regulations. - Monitor vital signs during home care such as blood pressure, heart rate, ECG recording, temperature, and oximeter statistics. - Monitor blood glucose levels and administer Investigational Products according to the study protocol. - Collect blood/biological samples as per the study protocol and process blood samples using Centrifuge. - Ensure proper disposal of Bio-Medical Waste during visits by handing over to the appropriate biowaste disposal agency. - Coordinate with the research team for sample shipment and complete study documentation including Source Documents, QoL Questionnaires, and Patient Diaries. - Collaborate with the Clinical Trial Site team for study-related documentation/materials handover and escalate potential issues to the Nursing Project Coordinator and site team representative. - Keep patients comfortable during assessments and support scheduling patient visits, follow-ups, and protocol-required assessments by investigators.
