Mobile repairing

You will be working as a full-time Mobile Repairing Technician at Dharamraj Computer and Telecom, located in New Delhi with the flexibility of some work from home. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, performing software updates, and assisting customers with technical issues. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Mobile Device Repair, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance. Proficiency in software updates and installations is essential. Additionally, excellent customer service and communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the efficient repair and maintenance of mobile devices. Experience with various mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS is preferred. Having knowledge of hardware components in mobile devices will be beneficial.
