Mobile Python Automation Lead

You will be joining GSPANN, a consulting services provider based in the US California Bay Area, with a focus on Enterprise Content Management, Business Intelligence, and Mobile Solution initiatives. The majority of our clients are FORTUNE 1000 organizations. Your role will be Mobile Python Automation Lead. **Role Overview:** As a Mobile Python Automation Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing test strategies, planning, and approaches for products. You will work on test scenarios and cases for Functional/Manual/ Web-based applications across different platforms. Additionally, you will detect and report defects, participate in scrum calls, and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Be a good team player understanding project responsibilities - Possess reasoning and analytical skills for QA process execution - Work from the office - Design and develop test strategy, planning, and approach for products - Execute and maintain test scenarios and cases for applications - Detect and report defects, ensuring their closure - Participate in scrum calls with customers and stakeholders - Work on refactoring the existing framework as needed **Qualification Required:** - 7-15 years of experience - Mandatory Skills: Appium, Python, Pytest, Selenium, POM - Prior experience in automation testing using Selenium with Python and Pytest - Hands-on experience in designing automation frameworks - Understanding of Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retro - Experience in continuous integration (CI) with Jenkins - Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills **Additional Details about GSPANN:** GSPANN is a collaborative work environment where innovation and technology are at the forefront.
