Mobile - Lead

Position :- Mobile LeadAbout The RoleWe're looking for a Mobile Lead with deep expertise in Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Jetpack Compose, and end-to-end Android application development. You'll play a critical role in building modern, scalable, and maintainable mobile apps that deliver world-class user experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.Drive cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end.Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Android codebases.Mentor junior developers and uphold high coding standards and best practices.Stay current with the latest Android and mobile development trends.

Qualifications

Skills Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Android application development.Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).Solid understanding of Android architecture components and modern app patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.).Experience integrating RESTful APIs, offline caching, and background processing.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience with Compose Multiplatform (JetBrains).Contributions to open-source projects or tech blogs.Published apps in the Play Store.
