Mobile - Lead

As a Mobile Lead at Varaha AG, you will have deep expertise in Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Jetpack Compose, and end-to-end Android application development. Your role will be crucial in building modern, scalable, and maintainable mobile apps to deliver exceptional user experiences. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. - Drive cross-platform development with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end. - Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Android codebases. - Mentor junior developers, maintaining high coding standards and best practices. - Keep up-to-date with the latest Android and mobile development trends. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in Android application development. - Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. - Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). - Solid understanding of Android architecture components and modern app patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.). - Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, offline caching, and background processing. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks. **Bonus Points If You Have:** - Experience with Compose Multiplatform (JetBrains). - Contributions to open-source projects or tech blogs. - Published apps in the Play Store. **Additional Information:** If you join Varaha AG, you will be part of a small, ambitious, and international team.
