Mobile Automation testing

Job Description: As a Mobile Automation Testing professional, your role will involve developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, with proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP. You will have hands-on experience in Functional Testing with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing and enhancing existing test automation strategies and processes, driving automation adoption and productivity improvements, and collaborating with development and QA teams globally to define efficient methods for automation. Furthermore, you will ensure that continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines incorporate automated testing, while empowering delivery from offshore locations through close coordination. You will lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices, mentor team members, and create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP. - Perform hands-on Functional Testing with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials. - Analyze and enhance existing test automation strategies and processes. - Drive automation adoption and productivity improvements. - Collaborate with global development and QA teams to define efficient automation methods. - Ensure CI/CD pipelines include automated testing. - Empower delivery from offshore locations through close coordination. - Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Drive reusability and consistency with industry best practices. - Mentor team members on best practices in test automation. - Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes. Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with at least 3 years in a Test Lead role. - Mandatory experience in Selenium testing for web, mobile, and APIs. - Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium. - Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using scriptless automation tools such as Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework. - Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.,
