Job Description

iOS Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust automation test scripts using
Appium
and
XCUITest
for iOS mobile applications.
Execute and maintain automated test suites for functional and regression testing.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA leads to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for faster delivery.
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and ensure test coverage and reliability.
Perform manual testing when required, especially for exploratory or edge case validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4 to 6 years
of experience in
mobile automation testing
, with a strong focus on
iOS platforms
.
Proficiency in
Appium
for mobile automation testing.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with
XCUITest
for iOS native apps.
Strong knowledge of
Java
programming language for developing test scripts.
Experience in
Selenium WebDriver
for web test automation.
Familiarity with iOS development tools such as
Xcode
,
Simulator
, and provisioning profiles.
Good understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
Experience with
Git
,
Jenkins
, and other CI/CD tools.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
