Mobile Architect

The Role We are seeking a visionary Mobile Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of next-generation mobile applications. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile platforms (iOS and Android) that power our Connected Worker solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-grade mobile application design, cloud-native architectures, and modern frameworks, with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

How You Will Make An Impact.

? Define and own the end-to-end architecture of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

? Design scalable, secure, and performant mobile frameworks supporting offline-first capabilities, push notifications, and real-time data sync.

? Establish best practices for mobile development, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality.

? Collaborate with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration between mobile apps, APIs, and cloud services.

? Drive architectural decisions on native, hybrid, or cross-platform technologies (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.).

? Ensure mobile apps adhere to enterprise-grade security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, encryption at rest/in transit).

? Lead technical workshops with customers and internal teams to validate requirements and deliver architectural blueprints.

? Provide guidance to development and QA teams on mobile performance optimization, memory management, and app lifecycle.

What You Bring to The Team

? 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in mobile application architecture.

? Proven expertise in building and deploying enterprise-grade iOS and Android apps.

? Strong hands-on experience with mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C.

? Deep understanding of mobile app lifecycle, offline-first architecture, and real-time sync.

? Knowledge of backend integration with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

? Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and mobile backend services (Firebase, AWS Amplify, Azure Mobile Apps). 2

? Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or equivalent) for mobile pipelines. ? Expertise in mobile security (OAuth2, SSL/TLS, encryption standards).

? Strong problem-solving and system design skills with the ability to create scalable solutions.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

? Experience with enterprise SaaS products and industrial mobile solutions.

? Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices-based backend architectures.

? Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM), app distribution, and enterprise app stores. ? Mobile architecture certifications or recognition from major platforms (Google/Apple).
