As a Mobile Application Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success by providing technical support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms. Your role will involve engaging with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product support, and contributing to knowledge base articles. The position requires you to work in rotational shifts to provide 24x7 support.
