About the Role

React Native Developer

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  cross-platform mobile applications

  using React Native
• Translate UI/UX designs into

  pixel-perfect, high-quality code

• Integrate

  RESTful APIs / GraphQL

  and third-party SDKs
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and app size
• Write

  clean, reusable, and testable code

  following best practices
• Implement

  state management

  solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.)
• Ensure smooth app releases and manage

  App Store & Play Store deployments

• Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Debug and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience

  in mobile app development

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native

• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

• Experience with

  React Hooks

  , functional components, and modern RN patterns
• Solid understanding of

  Android and iOS platform specifics

• Familiarity with

  native modules

  (Android Kotlin/Java, iOS Swift/Objective-C)
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  for mobile apps
• Knowledge of mobile app security, performance optimization, and accessibility
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox)

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Expo / Expo EAS

• Familiarity with

  Fastlane

• Knowledge of

  offline-first architecture

• Experience with

  analytics & monitoring tools

  (Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics)
• Prior experience leading mobile projects or small teams
