Job Summary

We are hiring a full-time MMA Coach who is passionate about martial arts and fitness. The role involves training members from all backgrounds and fitness levels in a safe, professional, and motivating environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their coaching career with a well-recognized fitness and MMA brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group MMA and fitness training sessions
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions
• Teach basic to advanced techniques including striking, conditioning, and movement drills
• Ensure member safety and correct training form
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professionalism on the training floor
• Support the overall member experience at the fitness center

Clientele

• Beginners and first-time gym members
• Intermediate and advanced trainees
• Kids and teens
• All members enrolled in the fitness club

Working Hours

• Split shifts (morning and evening)
• 9 hours per day
• 6 working days per week
• Saturday: Half day
• Sunday: Closed

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of coaching or training experience
• Certification in MMA or martial arts is mandatory
• Knowledge of Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, BJJ, or MMA conditioning is an added advantage
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to handle group sessions and personal training clients

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary between INR 15,000 and INR 25,000 based on experience
