JOB DESCRIPTION Project Role: Foundry Quality Head Role Location: Faridabad (Sector 59) Employment Type: Full-Time, 6 days a week Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Work Experience: 10+ Years. CTC Salary: 50,000 To 60,000 Per Month. Situated 45 km south of New Delhi, we have in-house facilities like pattern making, casting, finishing and machining to provide end-to-end solutions to our global customers. Key Responsibilities: Should have Knowledge of Modern Foundry Process like Melting, Pouring, H/T, Fettling, Machining, Rework, Painting, Packing and Dispatch. Quality management for Melting, closing, Pouring, Moulding simultaneously. Developing Quality Policies and Objectives: Establish clear quality policies and set measurable quality objectives that align with the organizationss goals Implementing Quality Management Systems: Ensure that the QMS is effectively implemented Across all departments and processes. Conducting Training and Awareness Programs : Educate employees about quality standards, Procedures, and Safety, their roles in maintaining quality. Performing Audits and Inspections: Regularly conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure Compliance with QMS. Managing Non-Conformance's: Identify, document, and take corrective actions for any Non-conforming products or processes. Facilitating Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes Ensuring Regulatory Compliance : Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure the organizations compliance Reporting on Quality Performance: Provide regular reports on the performance of the QMS to top management and other stakeholders Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and incorporating customer feedback into quality improvement initiatives Document Development: Record Keeping: Maintaining records of activities, such as training, calibration, audits, and management reviews, to demonstrate Specific Documents Required: Procedures: Detailed instructions for specific activities, such as document control, record keeping, internal Audits, and corrective actions. Work Instructions: Step-by-step guides for performing tasks, ensuring consistency and quality. Forms: Templates for collecting and recording data, such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and audit checklists Records: Evidence of activities performed, such as training records, calibration records, and audit results. Skills required: Knowledge of Manganese Steel Casting is a plus point. Good command on computer like Excel, Ms Word, and mail drafting etc. Managerial skills The ability to lead and motivate a team. B.TECH. in Mechanical. Good knowledge of engineering drawing.
