Hiring: Lead / Architect MLOps Engineer

Role Overview

MLOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models
Automate model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance tracking
Collaborate closely with data scientists to productionize ML models
Implement model versioning, testing, and validation frameworks
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices
Optimize ML workflows for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve ML pipeline, infrastructure, and performance issues
Stay updated with emerging MLOps tools, frameworks, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and Shakudo (mandatory)
Proficiency in
Python
Experience with ML frameworks such as
TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Strong experience with cloud platforms (
AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable
)
Expertise in containerization (
Docker
) and orchestration (
Kubernetes
)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
)
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (
Prometheus, Grafana
)
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
