JD- MlOps Engineer. Version Control Git: Mastery of Git is essential for tracking changes in code, collaborating with team members, and managing different versions of a project. Understanding branching, merging, and pull requests is key. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) CI/CD Pipelines: Setting up automated pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to ensure that code changes are automatically tested and deployed. This helps in maintaining the quality and reliability of the codebase. Testing: Writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure that the code works as expected. Familiarity with testing frameworks like pytest for Python is beneficial. Containerization and Orchestration Docker: Creating and managing Docker containers to package applications and their dependencies, ensuring consistency across different environments. Kubernetes: Orchestrating containerized applications using Kubernetes for scaling, load balancing, and managing deployments. Understanding concepts like pods, services, and deployments is crucial. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform/Ansible: Using tools like Terraform or Ansible to manage and provision infrastructure through code. This allows for reproducible and scalable infrastructure setups. CloudFormation: For AWS users, CloudFormation can be used to define and provision infrastructure resources in a repeatable manner. Monitoring and Logging Prometheus/Grafana: Setting up monitoring systems to track the performance and health of machine learning models and infrastructure.
