Our analysts demonstrate a deep understanding of one or more areas within the Retail and CPG domain, coupled with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in technology is also a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate should possess the following technical skills: - Strong experience in MLOps implementation and support - Expertise in Python programming with at least 4-5 years of experience - Working knowledge of DevOps with hands-on implementation experience in at least 1 or 2 projects - Familiarity with MS Azure Cloud and its services - Knowledge of operations experience - Familiarity with Azure services required for deployment such as Azure Data bricks and Azure DevOps Setup - Proficiency in coding standards like flake8 - Experience in automation technology and process improvement for deployed projects - Agile trained to manage team efforts and track progress through JIRA Desirable skills include an understanding of domains like Retail Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing. Additionally, soft skills such as strong verbal and written communication, customer focus, ownership, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. Collaboration with team members to maintain credibility is essential. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Azure, and MLOps. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, delivering MLOps solutions successfully, defining and solving key business problems, assisting in operationalization metrics for ML models, managing ML pipelines, and engaging with stakeholders to provide progress updates. Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, or a quantitative discipline such as Operations Research, Statistics, or Mathematics. Additional academic qualifications like a Master's or PhD in relevant fields are advantageous. The successful candidate will be involved in researching new topics, services, and enhancements in Cloud Technologies, and setting up standards related to coding pipelines and documentation.
