Job Description

As a Tech Lead with 4 to 9 years of experience in Generative AI, AI & ML Concepts, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative AI solutions that align with the goals of the Hi-Tech and ISV domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for the Hi-Tech and ISV domains. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems. - Analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns and insights for driving business decisions. - Developing and maintaining scalable machine learning models to enhance product offerings. - Ensuring AI solutions comply with industry standards and best practices. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Conducting research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies. - Evaluating and selecting appropriate AI tools and frameworks for project implementation. - Optimizing AI algorithms for performance and efficiency. - Leading the development of AI prototypes and proof-of-concept projects. - Communicating AI project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders. - Collaborating with product managers to define AI project requirements and deliverables. - Ensuring AI solutions are ethical and comply with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Generative AI and its applications in the Hi-Tech industry. - Expertise in AI & ML concepts with a track record of successful implementations. - Experience in the ISV domain with an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. - Proficiency in machine learning techniques and tools. - Capability in artificial intelligence frameworks and platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,
