ML Application Infrastructure Engineer

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical onboarding and integration of the platform in enterprise environments. Your main focus will be deploying the software as a SaaS solution on customer cloud infrastructure or on-premise. Your role will be highly customer-facing, requiring excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to act as a trusted advisor to customers. - Lead Deployments: Design and implement deployment architectures that meet customer IT environments and business objectives. - Architect Solutions: Customize scalable cloud/hybrid/on-premise deployments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native tools based on customer needs. - Customer Engagement: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers throughout the deployment process, assisting with architecture and troubleshooting. - Security & Compliance: Manage responses to IT and security questionnaires, ensuring compliance with enterprise security and privacy standards. - Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance deployment processes and modularity continually. - Documentation & Enablement: Develop high-quality documentation, implementation guides, and internal playbooks. - Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in cloud and/or HPC environments. - Mandatory Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Singularity with production experience. - Customer-facing Skills: Experience in working directly with customers for scoping, deployment, and infrastructure maintenance. - Cloud Platforms: Proficient in AWS, Azure, or GCP, including security and networking fundamentals. - Tools: Familiarity with Terraform, OAuth2, SAML, Slurm, PBS, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. - Mindset: Proactive communicator, strategic thinker, comfortable working in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams.
