The mKonnekt team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Technical Customer Service Representative. A Technical Customer Service Representative should be able to interact with a customer and immediately get the context of their problem. Support agents should have sound knowledge of the product/service which will help them suggest a solution to the customer right away. If the issue the customer is facing is beyond the immediate scope of the support rep, they should learn to escalate the problem to the right internal team(s) and follow up with them regularly for updates on the progress. Responsibilities Take ownership of customer issues Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers Help in continuous process improvement Should be sound in technical knowledge of the App Qualifications Engineering graduate degree Experience 2-4 years Microsoft 365/ Google Workspace hands-on experience Knowledge of Android Apps, API’s, Postman. An opportunity to lead digital marketing for products and services of mKonnekt. Roles & Responsibilities: Own mKonnekt’s entire social media marketing including strategy and execution Help establish and manage brands of mKonnekt Write blogs on different topics – ranging from client-centric blogs to organic content for the mKonnekt platform Lead engagement on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and other social media for promoting clients and also mKonnekt Define and track metrics to measure success and business impact across all social media channels Study company products and translate technical details into benefits for the user Follow and analyze market trends to position products; Develop product marketing strategies Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) and handle mKonnekt official social media/networking pages across platforms Strategize new methods to acquire partners, evaluate and increase the performance of existing partners Generate prospective leads using different communication channels like Sales navigator, cold mailing etc. Communicate with prospective leads via mail or message with appropriate content and communication materials; Organize meetings with prospective leads and Reporting Manager Ensure that the required documents are collected from the partner and agreement is signed as required Onboard and train the partner on the product and services of mKonnekt; Ensure that the partner has sufficient resources and knowledge on mKonnekt’s products and services Communicate with partners regularly and provide updates regarding mKonnekt’s products and services via Newsletters, webinars etc.  Qualifications: Strong background in journalism and/or social media marketing Experience in B2B Sales will be a bonus advantage Preferably 1-3 years of relevant work experience Good understanding and knowledge of different social media platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in an unstructured startup environment Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards tight deadlines Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Bonus points for a business/management/journalism degree
