Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise the mixing process and ensure correct formulation as per batch sheet Operate and monitor high-speed mixers (hot & cold mixers) Manage weighing and feeding of raw materials like PVC resin, wood powder, additives, etc. Maintain batch records, cleanliness, and safety standards Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely and accurate batches Handle a team of operators and helpers in the mixing area Ensure preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mixing machines
