About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team in the B2B industry. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of MIS/reporting experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in Excel and reporting tools. This role requires someone comfortable working night shifts in an onsite environment at our Kharadi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Work with large datasets to generate accurate, actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and automate reports for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to meet reporting needs.
• Ensure timely and error-free reporting for management decision-making.
• Analyze B2B data trends and provide recommendations.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests from management.

Key Skills Required:

• 1–3 years of MIS/Reporting experience (mandatory).
• Prior experience in the B2B industry (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Macros).
• Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a night shift, onsite setup.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / IT / Statistics / Business Administration or related field.
• Certification in Excel or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
