Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s Management Information System (MIS), generating reports, and assisting the management in utilizing the information to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Ø Gather data from various departments and sources; compile and analyze data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
Ø Generate timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Ø Create presentations that translate complex findings into visually appealing and easily understandable formats.
Ø Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
Ø Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validations.
Ø Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
Ø Collaborate with IT staff to ensure effective design and implementation of databases and data systems.
Ø Train staff in the use of MIS and other data systems.
Requirements:
Proficiency in advanced Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP,IF Function and complex formulas), Access, PowerPoint, and SQL databases, Power BI
