MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive to manage, develop, and maintain our management information systems and reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data to support business decisions, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support business functions.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
• Create automated reports using Excel (with advanced formulas), VBA, or reporting tools.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze operational and financial data.
• Assist in data migration, data cleaning, and maintenance of internal databases.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights through reporting.
• Support management in business planning and forecasting activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar MIS or data analyst role in telecom company
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Working knowledge of database systems (SQL preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
