Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
Perform
data transformation and automation
using MS Excel, and SQL to prepare clean, usable datasets.
Ensure
data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
with data security practices (including masking sensitive data).
Execute ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions, uncover trends, and identify opportunities.
Work on end-to-end project delivery, from data processing to visualization and stakeholder presentation.
Build and validate predictive models (e.g., attrition prediction, demand clustering) using statistical techniques. (Desirable not a mandate)
Develop
incremental load strategies
and maintain historical datasets for ongoing reporting. (Desirable not a mandate)

Required Skills

1+ years of experience in
Marketing / Data analytics and reporting or MIS
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
,
Google Spread Sheets,

SQL Server
(Desirable not a mandate).
Strong understanding of ETL processes, dashboard performance and data modelling.
Ability to create visually engaging and insightful reports tailored to business needs.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
