Job Description

MIS & Reporting Responsibilities:

Billing Records Management
: Ensure timely and precise updates of billing data in the Master CRM MIS.
Live Data Entry
: Maintain real-time data input on the CRM platform.
Report Generation & Accuracy
: Extract performance reports and verify the accuracy of key metrics.
SPOC Information Maintenance
: Keep Single Point of Contact details for PAN India clients up to date.
Client Feedback Tracking
: Regularly log client feedback into the Master CRM MIS.
Account Termination Updates
: Immediately remove terminated accounts from the database.
Transition Data Management
: Update and manage records of monthly client transitions.
Client Reference Sharing
: Share client reference details with the Sales Team as needed.
Report Compilation
: Assist in gathering and organizing various reports and datasets.
