OBJECTIVE:
1. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate reports and provide insights to senior management.
2. Designing and implementing data management systems, developing databases, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions to support operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work closely with Management to understand and maintain focus on their reports which needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
2. Proactively analyse data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
3. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
4. Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build master databases that will make our data interpretation and reporting easy and effective.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Very good MS Excel Skills (Formula, Macros, Vlookup, Hlookup and other tools).
Any Diploma / Graduate.
