About Us:

Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

About the Team:
Hub will be a docking station for the sales team for conducting meetings, interviews, R&R events and for receiving and submitting the devices for maximum up to 45 minutes.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage daily MIS reports detailing refurbishment numbers for effective tracking and decision-making.
Coordinate with multiple hubs to assess refurbishment material requirements and ensure timely dispatch of required materials.
Plan and manage the dispatch of packing materials to hubs and customer centers to support refurbishment and shipping operations.
Liaise with the Central Warehouse (CWH) to coordinate the dispatch of refurbishment materials to hubs and CCs.
Track and monitor material deliveries from vendors to CWH to ensure timely receipt and quality compliance.
Collaborate with CWH to ensure timely processing of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and invoice receipts for accurate inventory and accounting.
Develop and implement efficient dispatch plans from CWH to hubs and customer centers, optimizing logistics and material flow.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in inventory coordination, warehouse management, or supply chain logistics.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain operational timelines.
