Hiring for MIS Executive

Location- Bhayandar/ Thane

Key Roles and Responsibilities

In a BPO , the MIS Executive's duties are highly operational and directly impact service delivery and client satisfaction:

Reporting & Analysis: Generating and distributing routine operational reports, including metrics like Average Handle Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking real-time metrics related to call volumes, agent productivity, and system uptime to proactively identify issues.
Data Management: Collecting, storing, analyzing, and validating data from various sources to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Automation: Automating repetitive reporting tasks using tools like MS Excel Macros, VBA, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools to improve efficiency.
Resource Planning: Providing predictive insights to assist with workforce management and resource allocation.
Client Collaboration: Creating customized dashboards and reports that align with specific client requirements and performance standards
