Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
● Analyze sales, operations data to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.
● Create dashboards and performance trackers for various departments (Production, etc.).
● Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all business reports and systems.
● Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, automate reports, and streamline data flow.
● Support management with ad-hoc data analysis, forecasting, and presentations.
● Maintain and update database systems using Excel, ERP tools, or relevant software.
● Assist in process improvement initiatives and develop SOPs for data management and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills Required
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or business reporting.
● Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros preferred).
● Working knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (experience with Tally ERP or similar is a plus).
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
● Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
● Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
