Job Description

The ideal candidate is skilled in Advanced Excel, adept at managing large datasets, and experienced in handling both analytical and transactional tasks to drive actionable insights and operational efficiency.

What Youll Do

Maintain and update talent acquisition data/reports, resource allocation, and other Hiring-related data in Excel/HRIS systems.
Develop and automate Recruitment dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and HRMS software to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team to support them on Data related requirements.
