MIS Executive

Role Overview: As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing training & LMS, reporting & analysis, NPS initiatives, SAP & IMS processing, and utilizing advanced Excel & PowerPoint expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer the LMS platform, including assigning training modules to DSEs (Dealer Sales Executives) - Create and maintain training reports segmented by levels: Beginner, Premium, Super-Premium - Monitor training completion and generate performance reports - Conduct post-training evaluations including effectiveness analysis and premium adequacy reports - Prepare engaging presentations to communicate training outcomes and insights - Develop and automate training dashboards and performance metrics - Pull and analyze LMS data to identify trends and improvement areas - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business goals - Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, measured through NPS metrics - Process Invoices using SAP & IMS - Utilize advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, COUNTIF, SUMIF, and Data Validation to manage and analyze large datasets - Apply Conditional Formatting to highlight key insights - Design professional PowerPoint presentations to showcase training impact and performance metrics Qualification Required: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders - Prior experience in NPS initiatives and SAP/IMS processing would be a plus (Note: There are no additional details of the company mentioned in the provided Job Description),
