As a MIS Executive cum Data Entry Operator at a well-established Textile Processing company operational for over 55 years and serving as a Preferred Partner for Multinational Companies, your role will involve collecting, maintaining, and presenting production and stock data. You will ensure accurate data entry, compliance with data reporting requirements, and efficient coordination with the production and inventory teams for timely updates. Your attention to detail will be crucial in managing data integrity, stock audits, and supporting organizational objectives through effective reporting, inventory management, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Collecting, maintaining, and presenting production and stock data - Ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with data reporting requirements - Coordinating efficiently with production and inventory teams for timely updates - Managing data integrity, stock audits, and supporting organizational objectives through effective reporting and follow-ups Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management - Familiarity with database management and inventory management software - Knowledge of Textile Processing Company operations In this role, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will be on a day shift or fixed shift basis, with a yearly bonus included. Please note that the work location is on-site in Surat.
