Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive for a reputed Paper Manufacturing Company in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and supporting management with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Maintain and manage large datasets with accuracy
• Data entry, data validation, and data analysis
• Create reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts)
• Coordinate with production, accounts, and other departments for data collection
• Maintain records, dashboards, and performance reports
• Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times
• Support management in decision-making through reports and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Male candidates only
• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive preferred
• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle work pressure
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing data will be an added advantage
