MIS Executive (Insurance)

Job Description :

We are looking for an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive who will play a key role in managing and overseeing an organization's information systems, ensuring that data is effectively captured, processed, and reported for decision-making purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments to provide meaningful insights.
• * Prepare and deliver reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on business performance metrics.
• * Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s MIS systems.
• * Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• * Ensure MIS processes align with business goals and objectives.
• * Collaborate with various teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to ensure their data requirements are met.
• * Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive company information.
• * Maintain records of system configurations, updates, and changes.
• *Skills Required:*
• * Proficiency in database management and tools (e.g.Excel and Advance Excel,Macros,Google sheets).
• * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• * Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration or related field.
