As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations and possess excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain data related to real estate transactions, sales, and marketing activities.
• Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Implement and maintain MIS systems and databases.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other MIS software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
