Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Health Agency team • Extract, compile, and analyze data from multiple internal systems • Track sales performance, productivity, incentives, and operational KPIs • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports • Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements • Support audits and data reconciliations as required
Required Skills & Competencies
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Power Query preferred) • Strong analytical and numerical skills • High attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to handle large datasets efficiently • Good communication and coordination skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Statistics preferred) • 14 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis • Experience in insurance, BFSI, or sales support is an advantage
Preferred Attributes
• Exposure to Health Insurance or Agency business • Knowledge of basic dashboards and reporting automation • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
