MIS EXECUTIVE - GOOGL SHEETS EXPERT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive with expertise in Google Sheets to manage and streamline our data reporting and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing reports, dashboards, and data systems using Google Sheets and other tools to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and related tools.
• Use advanced Google Sheets functions (e.g., QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, Google Apps Script) for data management and analysis.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for operations, sales, finance, HR, or other departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating, cleaning, and reconciling data from various sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Design user-friendly templates and tools for internal reporting and tracking.
• Automate manual reporting tasks using formulas, macros, and Google Apps Scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors in data and reports quickly.
• Assist in setting up data workflows and dashboards using Google Data Studio/Looker Studio ,

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
• Proven expertise in Google Sheets – especially in advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience with Google Apps Script for automating tasks (preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Forms, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• MIS : 3 years (Preferred)
