Job Description

Job Description - MIS Executive.

l Making MIS Reports of collated data
l Meticulously working on the data collated from various sources of the department
l and preparing comprehensive reports.
l Ensuring the precision of the reports.
l Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
Building interactive charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data effectively to stakeholders.
Preparing Delivery Files Extensive work on Excel.
Developing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports based on data analysis, highlighting key trends and insights.
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Troubleshooting data issues and finding solutions to complex data challenges.
Good in Excel.
Knowledge of MS Office. Min 2-3 years of Experience in Excel/Advanced Excel.
Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MIS and Data Management.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to prepare delivery files, Data Manipulation.
Making MIS Reports on collated data.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports/delivery sent.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Exemplary ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional formatting, Count IF, Sum IF, and other basic formulas, etc.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Eligibility

2-3 years' experience in MIS/ Data Analyst.

Proficient with MS Office Applications like Excel, Access etc. and being able to design reports and tools with VBA macros.

Average to Good communication skill.

Good in Data presentation and charts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
