MIS Executive - Direct Channel Sales

Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage and maintain daily MIS reports across various data sets. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate data sharing with internal stakeholders and will support the transition of MIS-related activities from existing team members to streamline operations. 1. Maintain and update daily MIS reports for multiple data categories (e.g., transactions, client onboarding, daily activity data). 2. Ensure timely dissemination of MIS reports to relevant teams members. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and consolidate data inputs. 4. Identify trends, anomalies, and insights from MIS reports to support decision-making. 5. Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data accuracy. 6. Take ownership of all MIS-related activities currently handled by Arun, enabling him to focus on other strategic tasks. 7. Handling Customer Queries via different channels. 8. Accepting Transactions at Front office using TSM Machine. 9. Reporting and processing of inflow and outflow of funds. 10. Coordination with Branches, KYC Team & RTA. 11. Making sure emails are handled/ resolved in a timely manner. 12. Keep track of day-to-day mails received and reply to them within TAT. 13. Monitoring escalations and complaints and resolving them while ensuring the adherence to compliance / SEBI / CAMS guidelines
Qualification & Experience: • Experience Required: 3 + Years of relevant experience in the Mutual Fund Industry. • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) • Graduate in any stream • Latest NISM Certification. • Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills Location : Mumbai (Andheri)
