MIS CUM SITE COORDINATOR

As an MIS cum site coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and preparing data, handling all management-related information on-site, and overseeing civil finishing activities. Your expertise in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint will be essential for maintaining and updating project records and reports using advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, organize, and update all project-related data and management information on-site. - Prepare and maintain detailed reports using MS Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Supervise and ensure the quality of civil finishing activities (plastering, painting, flooring) on-site. - Collaborate effectively with site teams and vendors to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Monitor project progress, track materials, labor, and equipment usage, and maintain accurate records. - Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities and completion of tasks as per project plans. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. - Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for daily communication and reporting. - Knowledge of civil finishing activities such as plastering, painting, and flooring. - Ability to maintain project records, track activities, and report progress using Microsoft Excel. - Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Excellent communication and coordination skills with site teams and vendors.
