MIS CUM SITE COORDINATOR

You are a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS cum site coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience. Your expertise lies in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint to manage and prepare data, oversee civil finishing activities, and handle all management-related information on-site. You should have hands-on experience in civil finishing activities like plastering, painting, and flooring. Your role involves maintaining and updating project records and reports using Microsoft Excel. Your key responsibilities include managing, organizing, and updating all project-related data and management information on-site, preparing detailed reports using MS Excel, supervising the quality of civil finishing activities, collaborating with site teams and vendors, monitoring project progress, tracking materials and equipment usage, and ensuring smooth execution of site activities. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in MS Excel, expertise in MS Office for communication and reporting, knowledge of civil finishing activities, ability to maintain project records and track activities using Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a B-Tech in Civil Engineering or graduation with knowledge in the civil sector.
