Role & responsibilities

A sales coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and acting as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments. Their duties include preparing sales reports, processing orders, ensuring client satisfaction, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role

CRM Management and Monitoring

Oversee and maintain the complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and effective communication between sales and other departments.

Lead Allocation

Allocate incoming inquiries and leads to the appropriate sales team members based on their expertise, availability, and workload to ensure prompt follow-ups and efficient handling.

Sales Lead Tracking

Keep detailed records of all leads generated by the sales team, ensuring proper tracking, follow-up, and conversion to maximize sales opportunities.

Follow-Up on Inquiries

Proactively follow up on pending customer inquiries collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
