Job Description

Data Analysis Accounting Knowledge MIS Reporting Excel/Advanced Excel Skills Financial Compliance Time Management. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources. Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data and provide actionable insights. Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for management as needed. Accounting Knowledge and Compliance: Apply sound accounting principles to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. Perform reconciliations. MIS Reporting: Design, develop, and implement efficient MIS reporting systems. Maintain and update existing MIS reports to meet evolving business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS reporting. Excel/Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Develop and maintain complex financial models and spreadsheets. Automate data analysis and reporting processes using Excel. Financial Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits. Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on changes in financial regulations. Time Management: Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. Organize and maintain accurate records. Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
