Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for Platinum Group Metals (PGMs), rare earth minerals, and catalyst materials in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industrial sales, preferably within the precious metals or rare earths sector . Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of recycled PGMs, rare earth elements, and catalyst materials in India and overseas. Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries (automotive, electronics, energy, etc.). Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Monitor global market trends and pricing for metals and minerals. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align sales with production capabilities. Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Key Requirements: 58 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in precious metals, PGMs, or rare earth minerals . Strong understanding of industrial applications of PGMs and catalysts. Proven track record of developing international markets is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Background in metallurgy, chemical engineering, or related fields is an advantage. Experience working with metal refiners, catalyst manufacturers, or industrial recycling firms.
