Position Overview : Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive with proven experience of 1 - 2 years to join our growth-focused team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services and consulting, a strong understanding of Upwork, freelancing platforms, and other bidding portals, AI/ML technologies, and hands-on experience working with clients in international markets, especially across the US and Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long term client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities : Generate qualified leads for IT services, with a focus on the USA and UK markets. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Explore new markets, identify prospects, and develop outreach strategies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposal and pitch creation. Take ownership of targets, reporting, and follow-ups. Present insights and market intelligence to management when needed. Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth communication with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams. Track and manage daily/weekly activities in an organized manner. Requirements : 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales in a service-based IT company. Proven expertise in lead generation and pipeline development for the US/UK regions. Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot or similar platforms. Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding portals. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong task ownership, accountability, and reasoning ability. Excellent time and task management skills. Comfortable interacting with leadership and cross-functional teams. Preferred Attributes : Previous experience working with international clients. Good understanding of IT services such as AIML, Cloud (Azure and AWS preferred), DevOps, or Data science Services. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
