Your responsibilities will include accurately filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs) within deadlines, assisting clients in tax planning, handling tax-related queries, and providing professional advice. You will also support internal coordination during peak filing seasons, lead a small team, and ensure smooth workflow. Additionally, you will act as a point of communication between clients and the internal team. Monitoring team performance and progress against targets will be essential to ensure productivity.
