As a Tax Expert for ITR filing at Nayame Taxaccord Finsupport LLP MIND YOUR TAX located in Electronic City Phase-1, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end solutions in taxation, accounting, and compliance. At MIND YOUR TAX, we are dedicated to simplifying tax processes and empowering individuals and businesses to make smart financial decisions. Your responsibilities will include accurately filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs) within deadlines, assisting clients in tax planning, handling tax-related queries, and providing professional advice. You will also support internal coordination during peak filing seasons, lead a small team, and ensure smooth workflow. Additionally, you will act as a point of communication between clients and the internal team. Monitoring team performance and progress against targets will be essential to ensure productivity. To be eligible for this role, you must possess practical knowledge of ITR filing for ITR-1 to 7, hold a graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, and have at least 12 years of experience in Indian taxation (CA/CMA INTERMEDIATE with strong ITR filing knowledge are also welcome). A deep understanding of the Indian Tax System and laws, as well as strong communication and client-handling skills, are required. The salary for this position ranges from 25,000 to 50,000 per month.
