Milling Machine Operator & 2D Programmer

As a Milling Machine Operator & 2D Programmer at our company in Pune, you will be responsible for operating milling machines, setting up and adjusting machine tools, reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports. Additionally, you will be tasked with programming the 2D CNC machines, conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with team members to optimize manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Operate milling machines efficiently - Set up and adjust machine tools as required - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and computer-generated reports - Program 2D CNC machines effectively - Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment - Ensure compliance with safety standards - Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes Qualifications: - Proficiency in Milling Machine Operation and Machine Tool Setup - Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and 2D Programming - Experience with equipment maintenance and safety compliance - Strong team collaboration and communication skills - Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment effectively - Relevant certifications in CNC programming or machine operation are beneficial - Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus - A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or CAD/CAM programming is preferred,
