Migration | Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a highly skilled Solution/Data Architect with expertise in telecommunications BSS/OSS systems, large-scale data migration, and cloud-native solution architecture, your role will involve building reusable orchestration frameworks, ETL/data pipelines, and AI/automation accelerators to streamline subscriber and billing data transformation. You will be required to architect robust, scalable, and observability-driven migration ecosystems, leveraging your Telecom transformation experience and modern data engineering skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end solution and system architecture design for billing, charging, CRM, promotions, and catalog management systems using Amdocs, Netcracker, and Siebel CRM. - Design and implement subscriber & billing data migration strategies, including STTM, data profiling, versioned migration (SCD), and data quality frameworks. - Design and optimize ETL workflows with tools like Informatica for seamless, scalable, and reliable data migration. - Architect microservices-based and SOA solutions using Java/J2EE, ensuring modularity, scalability, and ease of integration. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data models aligned with TM Forum SID for consistency, governance, and regulatory compliance. - Own the migration roadmap across multiple subscriber/data migrations and conduct upfront discovery, wave planning, and risk assessment. - Define migration waves, cohorts, cutover windows, and rollback strategies while ensuring migration playbooks are defined before execution. - Act as the interface between business stakeholders, engineering, and operations, and lead system integration and migration projects. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Master's degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
