Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MIG Welder - 6G based in Kozhikode. The MIG Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including MIG welding, arc welding, and TIG welding. Daily tasks will include welding materials and components to precise specifications, maintaining welding equipment, inspecting finished welds for quality, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MIG Welding and 6G welding techniques
Experience with Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and general Welding skills
Knowledge of Materials and their welding properties
Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow safety protocols
Relevant certification or trade qualification in welding
Previous experience in the shipbuilding or marine industry is advantageous
